Heather led a team I was part of that developed a training program to help faculty, staff, and administration gain a better understanding of the culture and experiences of Native American students. Heather provided excellent leadership for our team. She worked diligently to ensure that we developed a program that was of high quality and that was extremely effective. She was committed to making sure that the voices of all students would be heard and to help equip the university serve them better. I am confident that if she is elected as our representative, Heather will work just as hard and just as effectively to make sure that the voices of all her constituents are heard and are served well by the state legislature.
